Represented International Controls Corp. in defense of class action challenging "fair value" it paid for shares of Datron, Inc. in merger. Court ruled that "fair value" was in fact paid. - In re Fairfield General Corp. New Jersey Supreme Court. Case involved a contract to sell a privately configured Boeing 707 from a company formerly controlled by fugitive financier, Robert Vesco, to Elvis Presley. Presley sought to abrogate the sales contract and prevailed in the trial court and Appellate Division. Kraemer was called in to handle the matter in the New Jersey Supreme Court, obtained a reversal with a remand to the trial court. In the midst of the remand trial he negotiated a substantial settlement for Fairfield General on account of Presley's breech of the contract.
