As an attorney and a former realtor, Ellie Cohen has a unique perspective on real estate transactions. Her more then 30 years of experience in law, real estate, and community service gives her entry to many of the major players in the field.
As a former Mayor and member of the Livingston Planning Board, Ms. Cohen has an insider's perspective on what planning boards and municipal governments are looking for when a land use application is submitted.
Because of Ms. Cohen's active role in politics and the arts world she has relationships with and access to many of the civic and political leaders in New Jersey.
A certified matrimonial mediator, Ms. Cohen's master's degree in counseling is helpful in assisting couples to resolve their marital issues in an amicable manner when they are seeking to divorce.
