Brian Isen has significant experience advising borrowers and lenders in the work-out and restructuring of loans. He also has represented developers, sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, and lenders on the sale, acquisition, leasing of real estate, and related financing of commercial and residential properties.
In addition to currently handling real estate and restructuring matters, he handles property tax appeals for both commercial and residential properties throughout New Jersey.
Brian began his career as an associate in the Philadelphia office of Wolf Block LLP and later joined the Atlantic City Office of Fox Rothschild LLP where he was a member of the Real Estate and Financial Restructuring departments.
Brian received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from Temple University. While in law school, he studied abroad at the Temple University Japan Campus and interned for former United States District Judge Bruce W. Kauffman in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
